Guided Classes
Our 60-minute guided sessions are all about resetting body and mind. Rotate through sauna, ice baths, and breathwork - all led by an experienced coach. Whether aiming for Peak Performance or Sleep Quality, there's a class for you.

Solo Journeys
KEEN’s 60-minute solo journeys are all about slowing down and tuning in. You’ll have full access to our sauna (90°C), cold plunges, and recovery zone with massage guns, compression boots, and more to help your body bounce back.

Socials
On weekends, our 35-person sauna transforms into a lively social hub - a reimagined take on nightlife. Featuring live DJs, visionary brands and local communities in an energizing yet relaxing atmosphere.
OUR PRACTICES

SAUNA
Our sauna, designed for women, men, and mixed groups, ranges from 50°C (infrared + steam) to 90°C (Finnish). We have the only communal sauna in the world where you can practice guided breathwork sessions, combining heat therapy with mindful breathing.
FREQUENCY
3–4 times / week (up to 20 mins each)
